The original building, the left-most portion in the photo, was built in 1957. It was subsequently added onto in 1974 and again in 1987. The building has now become outdated and a new facility is in the planning stages.
Update: The building was demolished in October 2015 after being replaced by a new fire hall (
WMQ7EQ).
